Shipping Charges :
Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of the order amount.
Delivery Time :
Order by 6 PM: Receive by 8 AM the next day.
Please note that these delivery times are applicable for orders placed within the Greater Chennai area.
Order Processing :
Orders placed by 6 PM are processed the same day to ensure next-morning delivery by 8 AM. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Attempts :
Our delivery partners will make up to three attempts to deliver your package. If the delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse, and a refund will be processed for the order amount.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders :
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide us with your order number and photographs of the damaged or incorrect items, and our team will assist you in resolving the issue.
